Wellness & Personal Pharmacist

What is the PeopleOne Personal Pharmacist Program?
PeopleOne Personal Pharmacist is an extension of your wellness team and company wellness program. Our pharmacists help members manage medications, address barriers to care and access (costs), advocate for patients in the event of a prior authorization or medication problem, and provide navigation through the difficult arena of health care.

How does Personal Pharmacist help me?
Personal Pharmacist is a pharmacy service that your employer provides to you as a way to ensure you are getting the most out of your healthcare benefits.
One way we can help you is to discuss your medications with you and review what you take, why you take it, and how you take it to get the best health outcome possible. Whether you take multiple prescriptions or take only vitamins and supplements; your personal pharmacist can provide insight and value. Why would a medication review be important to me?
Medication reviews are typically recommended to be completed at least annually for most people and can be recommended more frequently when medication changes occur due to newly diagnosed illness or major life change (quitting smoking or losing weight).
Medication reviews are a great opportunity to ensure that each and every medication or supplement in a medication regimen is there for a purpose, not interacting with anything else, and is dosed appropriately. If there are issues identified, our team of pharmacists can help with clinically appropriate next steps.
