Does PeopleOne provide pediatric care?

We are here for you and your whole family. Pediatric Care is available to children over 2 years of age enrolled in the PeopleOne Health membership. 

How do I sign up?

Signing up is easy. Simply click the "Sign up" button to complete your enrollment and fill out a short membership activation form.

All employees and their families enrolled in an OCPS health insurance plan are eligible to sign-up at anytime for no cost. 

Please select your preferred health center location when enrolling. You may switch  your location preferences at any time by contacting membersuccess@peopleonehealth.com.

How is it different from my employer-sponsored insurance plan?

PeopleOne is a membership-based benefit, meaning all services you receive through us are included in your membership at no additional cost to you. You will only need to use the OCPS Cigna plan for care that falls outside of your membership, such as ER visits or brand medications. Most healthcare services are available to you through the membership at no extra cost (no deductibles, coinsurance, or copays). Rest assured, your PeopleOne Care Team will help you navigate the best options available through your Cigna plan when needed.

Do I need to switch my PCP?

By choosing PeopleOne Health, you will need to switch your primary care provider to one of the PeopleOne doctors. This is how we assure the highest quality care for you and your family. At PeopleOne your doctor is the cornerstone of your care. They work together with the entire extended care team to navigate your health. Unlike traditional practices where doctors may see 30 patients a day, our doctors see a maximum of 16 patients daily. All to empower them to build relationships with our members that result in the best health outcomes.  

Don't worry,  you may continue to see your specialists under your traditional insurance plan.
